WATER & WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Navigation
Single Screen
Wastewater flows through stainless steel bars, while solid contaminants are effectively retained. Simple and effective solution for removal of large-sized solids and debris from wastewater. Protects downstream equipment and ensures smooth operation of subsequent treatment processes. Compact design with low maintenance and high reliability.
MULTI RAKE SCREEN
Wastewater flows through stainless steel bars, while solid contaminants are effectively retained. Cleaning elements, equipped with specially designed teeth for optimal screening efficiency, are mounted between two continuous chains. Elements travel along the screen surface to remove retained solids reliably and continuously.
Collected screenings are conveyed to the discharge point and can be transferred into containers, wash compactors, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, or other downstream handling equipment as required. Side sealing arrangements ensure that solids cannot bypass or circumvent the screen, ensuring maximum screening efficiency.
DRUM SCREEN
The Drum Screen is designed for efficient removal of screenings from industrial wastewater effluent, particularly wastewater containing viscose, fibrous, and stringy materials.
The unit is fully fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life. Wastewater is conveyed to the inlet either by pump or gravity flow. In the inlet chamber, turbulence is minimized under quiescent conditions to ensure uniform flow distribution. Wastewater then enters the cylindrical drum in an outside-to-inside flow pattern, passing through a high-quality wedge wire screen. Solid screenings are retained on the screen surface and subsequently fall into a collection hopper. The hopper can be optionally equipped with a screw compactor conveyor for volume reduction and easier handling and disposal of screenings.
SCREW SCREEN
Efficient solids screening for raw sewage and industrial wastewater. Compact channelmounted design for effective wastewater pretreatment. Integrated washing, conveying, compaction & dewatering in one unit.
Reduced screenings volume and weight for easier handling and disposal. Lower disposal cost with improved operational efficiency.
FLASH MIXING
Flash mixing and flocculation are essential for treating industrial wastewater and municipal sewage containing fine colloidal and suspended solids that cannot settle naturally. Flash mixing rapidly and uniformly disperses coagulants into the wastewater. Flocculation then provides gentle, controlled agitation to form larger, heavier flocs for efficient separation during clarification or filtration. We design and manufacture high-efficiency agitators tailored to specific process requirements, ensuring optimum mixing intensity, uniform flow patterns, and reliable performance under varying operating conditions.
CONVEYORS
Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants require reliable conveying systems for handling solids, screenings, sludge, and grit. The two most commonly used conveying systems are belt conveyors and screw conveyors. The selection between belt conveyors and screw conveyors primarily depends on the type of material being conveyed, operating conditions, and plant layout. Since wastewater treatment plants handle several difficult-to-convey materials, each product must be evaluated individually to determine the most suitable conveying solution. Purpose of Conveyors in Wastewater Treatment Conveyors are commonly used for handling: Dewatered Sludge Dried Biosolids Raw Screenings Compacted Screenings Wet Grit Dewatered Grit
CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS
Centrifugal blowers, also known as centrifugal fans, are among the most efficient and versatile air-moving equipment used in industrial and environmental applications. In a centrifugal blower, air enters the impeller axially and is accelerated radially by centrifugal force. The scroll (volute) housing converts velocity energy into pressure energy and changes the direction of airflow by approximately 90 degrees before it exits the housing. This design allows the blower to deliver high pressure with stable airflow. Centrifugal blowers are known for their quiet operation, reliability, and adaptability, making them suitable for continuous duty in a wide range of operating conditions and environments.
SLUDGE DEWATERING MACHINE
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (TYPICAL)
The Sludge Dewatering Machine is designed to significantly reduce sludge volume and mass by removing free and interstitial water trapped between sludge particles. The system produces a compact sludge cake with 15–25% dry solids, minimizing sludge handling, transportation, and disposal costs. Dewatering is achieved by feeding polymer-conditioned sludge into a closed dewatering chamber where a slow-speed screw gradually compresses the sludge inside a compression cylinder. Water is separated and discharged, while the dewatered sludge cake exits from the outlet. Further volume reduction is possible using a downstream dryer. This technology offers a cost-effective, low-energy, and operator-friendly solution for continuous sludge handling.
Key Features & Benefits
Handles 0.2%–10% inlet sludge consistency Achieves 15–25% dry solids at outlet Wide capacity range: 0.5 m³/hr to 150 m³/hr Suitable for oily, sticky, and difficult sludges Ultra-low power consumption (90–95% lower than decanter centrifuges) Non-clogging, continuous operation No regular operator required Compact footprint – ideal for spacerestricted plants Low noise level: < 68 dBA

SBR
The Decanter is a critical piece of equipment in a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system, responsible for withdrawing clarified effluent fromthe basin during the decant phase of the operating cycle—without disturbing the settled sludge layer. Decanter Function & Design The SBR Decanter withdraws treated effluent smoothly from the reactor surface while ensuring the settled sludge layer remains undisturbed. Proper decanter operation ensures consistent effluent quality and stable SBR performance.
Our Moving Arm Swing Type SBR Decanter is designed for precise and reliable operation and is equipped with: Scum baffle to prevent floating matter from entering the effluent Gear motor and actuator for controlled movement Smooth, non-turbulent decanting action
ACF & PDC
Filters are used in water treatment for the removal of suspended solids from water. In most cases, filtration is the final stage of pretreatment for removing undissolved impurities prior to further treatment by Ion Exchange or Reverse Osmosis. The processes of coagulation, flocculation, and clarification precede filtration. Media filters used in water and wastewater treatment are classified as either pressure filters or gravity filters, depending on the flow conditions. In pressure filters, water is pumped through the filter media, whereas in gravity filters, water flows through the media by gravity. These filters employ granular media such as sand, anthracite, or activated carbon, used either individually or in combination. Filters with specialized media are also available for the removal of iron and manganese, which are commonly present in certain borewell waters.
