Air Spring & Actuators

Pneumatic Vibration Isolation & Motion Control Solutions

Flexotech Air Springs and Pneumatic Actuators are high-performance, flexible air-based devices designed for vibration isolation, shock absorption, and actuation in industrial systems. Powered by compressed air, these systems provide smooth motion, precise force control, and long service life — making them ideal for applications where traditional hydraulic or mechanical systems fall short.

Unlike conventional isolators or actuators, air springs offer non-frictional operation, compact design, and the ability to operate under variable load and height conditions. These features make them indispensable across automation, transportation, materials handling, and vibration control systems.

Key Advantages

  • Flexible design — adapts to angular, lateral, and axial movements

  • Maintenance-free operation — no lubrication or sealing issues

  • Compact & space-efficient — smaller than hydraulic cylinders

  • Ideal for vibration isolation, lifting, clamping, and actuating applications

  • Durable construction for industrial-grade environments

  • Operates under variable pressure ranges for force tuning

Our Air Spring Series

A. Crimped Series – Type C

Robust air springs with crimped bead ends for compact, closed designs. Suitable for low-profile actuators and heavy-duty vibration isolation in limited spaces.

B. Dismountable Series – Type D

Designed with removable bead plates for ease of service, replacement, or inspection. Ideal for equipment where frequent dismounting or maintenance is required.

C. Bead Ring Series – Type R

This version uses a bead ring and clamping system, providing excellent sealing and a longer service life. Highly suitable for high-cycle industrial applications.

D. Rolling Lobe Series – Type S

Built for smooth, friction-free linear motion, these feature a rolling diaphragm design — perfect for applications demanding constant natural frequency, such as dynamic actuators and high-precision isolation.

Applications

  • Pneumatic pressing or lifting systems

  • Vibration isolation for CNC, presses, conveyors, and packaging lines

  • Truck and trailer suspension

  • Clamping and counterbalancing in automation lines

  • Robotics and heavy-duty load transfer mechanisms
